I brought my daughter here for the first time on a recommendation from a friend. The woman who answered the phone was very sweet and booked us an appointment right away. When we arrived the salon was clean and organized. My daughter sat with Christina and told her what kind of haircut she was looking for. My daughter always has a reference photo, because so many other stylists have just done what they felt was right and discounted my daughters preferences. Christina didnt even need the reference photo! She was amazing and gave my daughter EXACTLY what shes been asking for each time she goes for a haircut. My daughter walked out of that salon glowing and happy. Amazing experience all around, we will definitely be coming back!

Always happy to go here. It's hard to find someone you can trust with your hair. I've only ever seen the same person here, but Leda always does a great job.

I was visiting my parents in Levittown, Pennsylvania and visited this salon for a color, bayalage and cut. I was stuck by the fact that my stylist, Irene actually had a genuine love for her profession. I have been to allot of places in Florida and Georgia where it was just a job, get them in and get them out. I can't tell you how many times one side of my hair would end up a half inch to an inch shorter. A trim would end up being several inches. The past five years I colored my own hair because the salons I would visit would over process my hair. At Modern Edge my color was superb, it's been a week and a half and I cannot tell by feel my hair has been colored. From color to shampoos to styling products they are first rate. My cut was perfect. I love-love-love my hair. I make a visit twice a year to PA and I can tell you I will touch up my roots in between but they will do my overall color. During my time there I saw several ladies come in for cuts and styles and they all left with first rate cuts. I really was impressed with the quality of the work.

They took me in with such short notice and did an amazing job. I love Irene and Leda. Will be going back every couple months for touch ups. Reccomend to anyone!

First time going . Convenient ( Only 10 minutes away ) ! Usually , I go to hair cuttery & they were very rude when I made a surprise visit a few weeks ago outside their businesse & ran & locked there front door on me because I forgot to wear a mask & refused to speak to me . Plus , Hair Cuttery has charged me double for the haircut / style / color / blow dry then Modern Edge ! Modern Edge has impressed me in how they spend their time in helping in what I wanted done & their place of business is clean / comfortable ! I will be returning again!

I have gone here the last few times I’ve gotten my hair cut & colored and every time I leave feeling amazing. Staff is great and friendly.

I have been coming here since the beginning. I have had my hair color repaired, cut repaired. I learned that if I get scissors in my hand I need to call. Or I drive there and they take care if me. I trust all the stylists. I close my eyes (take glasses off) let them do what they need to do.

Wonderful staff, reasonably priced and talented professionals.

The only thing I would change is have them wash the clients hair automatically instead of having it be voluntarily done.

I went to the salon without an appointment. The stylists were pretty busy, irene took me right in! My cut is even better than I imagined it to look! She also added low lights to my black hair, it is stunning! This will be my new salon! Oh. As an fyi, the girl who washed my hair was soooooo good!! I would pay just for that service!! I was extremely delighted to finally having a place and a stylist that I can rely on for great service and great conversation.  All of the staff is great, and literally my whole family comes here to get their hair done.  Ruth has been my stylist for going on three years now, and she has never let me down when it comes to her abilities.  The prices that are charged are the best in the area and cost less than the chain salons.  The best part about this is that I never have had to sacrifice quality for value!  Besides hairstyling (cut, dye, perm etc) they offer manicures and pedicures and although I have never have had my nails done there it has been for no particular reason.  This place cannot be beat when it comes to skills, value, and atmosphere and even though I have recently moved, this is still the only salon that I go to.  I wish I could give it more stars!

This place is fantastic! One of the stylists there is the only person who has been doing my hair for two years now.  Their prices are extremely reasonable, but it is a fantastic value, as it does not mean that you are in for a bad hair day.  The staff is friendly, the salon is clean, and I always enjoy myself there.  I would give it more stars if I could!
